Sophos Endpoint Security and Control support packs
The Sophos Endpoint Security and Control support packs are downloadable executable (.exe.) files that give customers advice on installing or upgrading Sophos Endpoint Security and Control software. It can help in deciding:
- which products to install
- where to install them
- how to configure them
The user is questioned about their setup. They are then guided through the installation or upgrade process for their network.

What to do
- Download the support pack for installing or upgrading Enterprise Security and Control
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Double-click the file to open it.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
